Privacy policy

Kashiva Naturals ("Kashiva", "we") runs this website and the Kashiva consultation service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who can see it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We do not record video or audio calls. We do not collect payment card details.

Why we use it

We use your data only with your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box while booking. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Who can see it

We never sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the service: Google Firebase (sign-in and secure database), Google Workspace (booking records and email notifications), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Jitsi Meet or Google Meet (video calls). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide your care and as required by applicable medical record keeping rules, and other data for as long as your account is active. Waitlist entries are deleted after the product launches or on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of your data, correct it, delete it or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent. You can update your profile in My care at any time. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored in Google Firebase with access rules that let each person see only what they are allowed to see. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.

Children

Consultations for anyone under 18 must be booked and attended by a parent or guardian.
